Thematic Task Forces

By 2025, the Alliance will consist of ten working groups to address specific challenges and opportunities in the region. Each Task Force has a designated leader and organizes at least four virtual meetings annually with representatives from all countries.

Task force meetings are scheduled directly by the chair of each task force. By November 10, 2025, the task forces must present a report detailing the results, actions, new businesses and proposals made during the year.

1. Cross-Border Collaboration - Hubs

Encourage partnerships and connections between startups, investors, and ecosystems across Latin America, facilitating the exchange of ideas, resources, and best practices.

2. Access to Capital - Venture Capital

Develop funding opportunities by connecting startups with regional and international investors, venture capitalists, and funding programs to ensure financial support for growth.

3. Talent Development and Retention

Promote education, training, and mentorship programs to cultivate skilled talent and reduce brain drain within the region, keeping innovative minds in Latin America.

4. Regulatory Harmonization - Government

Advocate for aligned regulatory frameworks that simplify cross-border business operations, reduce bureaucratic hurdles and create a startup-friendly environment.

5. Innovation and Technology Adoption - Companies

Support the development and integration of new technologies, encouraging startups to leverage advanced solutions to solve regional challenges.

6. Market Access and Expansion - Chambers of Commerce

Enable startups to access new markets within and beyond Latin America, fostering growth through regional trade agreements, partnerships, and business networks.

7. Community Building and Knowledge Sharing - Technology Center, Incubators and Accelerators.

Create a vibrant community of entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem builders to share insights, experiences, and resources, driving collective success.

8. Entrepreneurship - Startups

Organize discussions and meetings throughout the year, connecting entrepreneurs from all Latin American countries with the goal of identifying challenges, understanding needs, and co-creating solutions

9. Midia and Communications

Consolidate Latin American initiatives, connect regional media and guarantee effective global communication.

10. Latin women in entrepreneurship

Empower and support women entrepreneurs in Latin America by addressing specific gender challenges, promoting inclusion and creating opportunities for growth and leadership within the startup ecosystem.
